We aim to enhance your experience by providing seamless transportation solutions tailored to your needs. Please look over the following information that will provide some detail into our services and pricing and which service to select to be the most ideal for you. Our 14 passenger shuttle service provides two distinct ways in which to utilize for your transportation needs.
*** FYI: I generally have two Labrador Retrievers along with me. (Yogi and Boo Boo). If that is a potential problem for you or anyone in your group, please let me know and I'll make other arrangements for the doggos!
ON DEMAND SERVICE

Deep Creek Shuttle
The first option, On Demand, is "similar" to an Uber or taxi, but it's a flat charge based on a one-way trip. The charge is based "per person" not "trip distance only, with one or multiple people." Simply go to www.deepcreekshuttle.us and on the landing page, select the option to download the shuttle app. The charge is $16 per person---o

Simply go to www.deepcreekshuttle.us and on the landing page, select the option to download the shuttle app. The charge is $16 per person---one way or $32 per person round trip.
Under this service, the shuttle will depart from your location and continue on to handle other ride requests. You would have to request any additional transportation requests under this option and depending on where you are within our service location verses where the shuttle is located, as well as other demand for service, wait times may be longer.
You can download our shuttle app onto your iPhone or Android. This will allow you to schedule your date and time for pickup. You can schedule 7 days in advance of the dates and times you have in mind. (We strongly encourage you to schedule on the app as far in advance as possible. Demand for the shuttles is highest on Fridays and Saturdays.) If you have a desire to do multiple stops while you are out, we discount the "per person" charge to $8.00 for each additional intermediate stop in between original pick up and final drop off. (FYI The app WILL NOT charge your card until the shuttle arrives and you are boarded and prepared to depart.)The pricing structure for the 14 passenger shuttle is as follows: On Demand Service (Similar to Uber or a Taxi Service)

- Over 2 and up to 15 miles. Per person.

- 30 to 50 miles. $75 point to point (for single passenger)$150 round trip.(for single passenger)In the 30 to 50 mile range, multiple passengers in your group are charged $25 per person in addition to initial $75
- Over 50 miles, converts to an hourly rate @ $189/hr. (14 passenger van)
- Example: Initial pickup: $16 per person
- Additional stop(s) prior to return to point of initial pick up: $8.00 per person of each of these additional stops. (Minimum of 4 passengers is required for the reduced rate to apply.)
- Final pick up to final drop off: $16 per person
We do not hold reservations for "On Demand" ride requests, unless they have been scheduled on the shuttle app. They are generally handled on a first come, first served basis.

The second option is to rent the shuttle at a Private Charter Hourly Rate (There is a three-hour minimum.) That charge per hour decreases commensurate to the number of hours rented. You would need to notify us via email or phone and reserve your requested date and time period if you choose Private Charter service. We strongly encourage you to confirm and reserve your dates and times as soon as possible.At this time, we do not require a contractual agreement, nor any deposit for Private Charter Service. We operate on a "Good Faith and a Hand Shake policy." All of these locations have an assortment of Brews AND Wines and some have specialty drinks as well. We do this type of tour because with the exception of Blackthorne Winery, there are no "wineries" in close proximity to the Deep Creek Lake area so we have incorporated a blend of both venues into one! Certain discounts and specials are available for your group at most but not all of these locations. I'm working on getting all of them on board to offer some form of special discounting or incentives for any Deep Creek Shuttle group.This type of outing takes place from 12 noon to 6pm weekly. Once you decide what locations you want to visit, let us know so we can coordinate and plan. This tour includes six hours (at a reduced price per hour) of time. We add additional time for travel between points as well as the possibility that you may want to stay longer and enjoy yourselves at a certain location. We would encourage you to go to each respective website or FB page to gather info to help you make your choices. We don't care how many places you want to stop, just bear in mind that the tour is 6 hours. Generally, folks opt to go with a Private Charter option for weddings. However, using the On Demand (similar to Uber), service may be suitable for your situation. Please review the following information and reply with any questions or additional information requests.
Wedding Private Charter Shuttle Options: $749 for the 14 passenger capacity shuttle.
- You will have Deep Creek Shuttle as a Private Charter for a maximum of 4 hours. If you need additional time, we can always add on by increments of 30 minutes, (rounded up).(*18% gratuity is added to the grand total.)
- I recommend splitting the times up. Two hours prior to the start of the ceremonies and then start the second two hours somewhere around two hours into the ceremony. That's usually about the time we see people starting to look to leave the venue. It usually makes no sense for you to be paying for the shuttle standing by for the first two hours of the ceremony, as it is rarely needed during that time. We can adjust any of this of course. We are very flexible with your time!
- We generally don't like to do guest transport groups of more than 30 people since we are limited as to how many people we can move in an efficient, timely manner. The first wave of guests being transport don't want to have to be delivered to the venue site two or more hours ahead of the beginning of the ceremonies. (I know I wouldn't like that.) However, if the locations that guests are staying are in very close proximity (say 4 miles or less) to where the wedding events are taking place, it's possible for us to handle more volume due to not having as much travel time between points.
- We would like to have a list of guests, their contact information and the locations they will need to be transported from so transport efficiency can be optimized.
- We don't require any deposits or contractual obligations at this time. We trust people via a virtual handshake and email confirmation of commitment to the agreed to pricing and service to be provided.
- Please provide the date and timeframe of your event
- Please provide contact information of your wedding coordinator. This may come in handy for us in the event we need to communicate for the purposes of allowing your guests to know what timeframes the shuttle will be picking up or dropping once the event is concluding.
I'm all about being fair and reasonable as well as the shuttle being in the background and out of mind for any cause of concern for you.
